Our vision is social justice for young people through arts, culture and creativity.
Our award-winning Creative Mentoring service provides one-to-one support, empowering care-experienced young people and those facing disadvantage to discover their sense of self, purpose, belonging, and a world possibilities.
We connect our young people with organisations and support them to create meaningful education, training and workplace opportunities together. By adopting creative approaches and listening to young voices, employers can inspire young people to take the next steps in their lives.
We work on heaps of mighty and creative projects, all for and with young people. From creative experiences in the community, in residential homes or in education settings, we’re committed to making lasting social and personal change for young people by platforming their voices, their ideas and their journeys.
Far too often, the voices of young people experiencing challenges or facing adversity in their lives simply go unheard. We work with other charities, organisations, youth services and employers to support best practice, youth-led approaches which foster meaningful cultures.
